Customer Satisfaction is a guiding tenant of our everyday business practices at Mystical Meadows Boutique. We go the extra mile to ensure that we use only the freshest and finest quality of flowers, foliage and products. All our flowers, foliage and products are carefully hand picked, inspected, and conditioned before we use them. We work with natural products, therefore, occasionally there may be a stem or two that appears fresh and healthy, but fades after leaving Mystical Meadows Boutique. This is usually caused by an air bubble that is trapped in the stem of the flower preventing water to feed the petals. One moment the flower looks great, but within a few hours the flower droops. We have an outstanding track record and do everything we can to prevent this from happening. It is very rare for anyone to contact us regarding the quality of our flowers.

Please note: due to the seasonality of flowers, we reserve the right to substitute any flower for one of equal or greater value while still preserving the overall look of the arrangement.
However, if you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! In most cases, we offer free replacement within 24 hours of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a replacement product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Due to the perishable nature of our products you must call us at 440-465-3543 within 24 hours to report an issue. If you reach our voicemail, you must leave a message with your name and phone number.

Some of the flowers we use have a shorter vase life than other flowers, it is natural for certain varieties of flowers to fade earlier than others.

We require a photograph of the order and in some cases we may send a representative to pick up the order so we can examine it to determine the root cause.​
